Camera shots,movements&angles.

The different types of camera shots that we will be using in our film are;

    Close up shots which will be used through out the opening for when the girl thinks that someone could be following her.This will allow the viewer to see her facial reactions during this specific moment in time.This is essential to our genre as her emotion can make things seem more realistic at such a spine-chilling moment. A close up is when in the shot you have their head and shoulder in the shot. An extreme close up shot would be perfect for a psychological thriller because then if some one an extreme close shot would look out of place in a psychological thriller as the background in our opening is just as important, however we may use the extreme close up during the scene where the girl is washing her hands to show the cause of the washing of the hand. 

 We will include an establishing shot to show the audience where the film is taking place, as a group we researched a few places that were near by but we decided on one which was surrounded by tree's - which suited our genre. It also consisted of a long path that was perfect for our running shots and turning.Here we will use more reaction shots and medium shots because we want the audience to be aware of who the main character is and what is happening to her. The expression that is going to be on her face will give the audience a clear view of what is happening to her and what is happening, this is so our audience wont get confused or not understanding what is happening to her.

   We have also included a POV( Point Of View shot) for when the stalker is  trying to reach the girl. For this one member of our group will be holding a camera and running after the girl ( trying to act like the stalker is running after her). This is meant to be like the stalkers point of view so the audience can see what is happening from his eyes.

   Also in this scene we will use over the shoulder shots  this will show us the bit where the stalker will be looking at the girl from behind a tree, in this part the girl would not of seen him so she would be completely oblivious  So this will be an intense moment for the main character, as she doesn't know someone is watching her but little does she know that the stalker knows exactly what she is doing. For this we will film over the stalkers right shoulder, we wont film the stalkers face as this can play on the audiences mind.However we will film the girls face from over the stalkers shoulder.
