Over the shoulder shot

               This is an example of an ' over the shoulder shot '. This can be used in a conversation between 2-5 people. The smaller the group the better. Or the recorder camera just pan round.Directors would pick this shot because , you can see all of the people that are in this conversation and this is so that they can focus on who is talking and so that the viewers can see what person is talking. An over the shoulder is pretty self explanatory in the name. It is simply a shot the person who is talking from behind someones shoulder.This is commonly used in all genres so there isn't a right or wrong in this shot for the genre.
